Refund policy
Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our support team at support@lutzseafood.shop with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
- Step 2: If your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Step 3: Pack the items securely in their original box and attach the provided return label before shipping.
4. Return Shipping Fee & Restocking Fee
- Defective/Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or has manufacturing defects, we will cover 100% of the return shipping cost.
- Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product or no longer want the item, we will also cover the return shipping cost.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees on authorized returns.
5. Return Address

6. Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
7. Exchanges
The fastest and most efficient way to receive the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you may place a separate purchase for the new item.
